B2B Marketing Executive

Job Description


As a B2B Marketer you will handle marketing efforts for brand awareness. As well as, lead generation, website development/updating and content curation/creation. Understanding of B2B content writing/marketing strategy, should also have knowledge using Google Analytics and LinkedIn along with digital KPIs trends and best practices.

The Marketing Executive will also put forward ideas, develop new initiatives and apply their B2B marketing experience, to enhance and develop marketing activity.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing campaign for events, covering sponsorship, attendees, and award submissions, with a focus on lead generation and team collaboration.
  • Forecast and monitor budget, marketing timeline, and media plan.
  • Use a full marketing mix to promote events, including email, direct mail, PR, social media, advertising, SMS, website, radio, SEM, and TV.
  • Manage, verify, and build the event database and Negotiate barter deals with media partners and associations.
  • Keep event websites updated and manage third-party module integrations. and Utilize digital tools (app, survey) to enhance campaigns.
  • Coordinate design, production, and distribution of all marketing collateral.
  • Manage PPC campaigns with the Digital Marketing Executive, review results, and recommend actions.
  • Provide onsite support for marketing activities like registration, press office, branding, and sales stands.

This role works closely with the event’s exhibition sales and sponsorship team, conference production team and the delegate sales team to generate leads and conversions.  

Marketing qualification is advantageous

2-3 years marketing experience but not strictly in event marketing.

Job-Specific Skills
  • Experience in the use of databases in both mass and targeted direct marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including: MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with and relate to all levels both within and outside the organisation
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Strong attention to detail, Copy writing, HTML Proficient
