B2B Sales Executive
Job Description
The Role
This person will be guided and managed by the Supplier and Buyer Account Managers to maintain existing relationships with key suppliers and buyers, along with identifying and sourcing new leads, targeting them, cleaning data records, and building relationships to help achieve sales targets on each event.
This role also requires to work closely with other members of the HI Design team, such as the Operations Manager, Marketing Manager and Portfolio Director.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our event.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our events and travelling to various industry exhibitions/client meetings when necessary.
- Promoting the brand and generating awareness in the design community
- Recruiting a number of buyers and suppliers across the portfolio with the guidance and support of the Supplier or Buyer Account Managers.
- Meeting sales targets set by Account Managers and tracking sales goals and reporting weekly results as necessary.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to provide great customer service.
- Previous experience in a sales-related role will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to deal with clients across the globe and an understanding of B2B events in the hospitality business and open to business travel.
